IBEAUTY Bond & Seal is an exceptional 2-in-1 adhesive.The fast-drying, eye-defining Black Bond goes on like mascara to give you the best of both worlds: it’s strong enough to hold lashes for up to 10 days yet gentle enough to keep your true lashes safe.
The Clear Seal removes any remaining tacky residue as it sets lashes in place and adds an extra layer of protection for the best possible wear.

Delivery fees are calculated at checkout.

Orders placed before 3:00 PM → delivered same day.

Orders placed after that → processed next business day.

Delivery window: 4:30 PM – 9:30 PM.

No delivery on Fridays and public holidays.

In case of delays (bad weather, high order volume, etc.), customers will be notified.

The delivery team will contact the customer before arriving.

🔄 Refunds & Exchanges

Refunds are allowed within 24 hours of purchase, and only for full-price items.

Exchanges are accepted within 3 days of purchase, also for full-price items.

To qualify for a refund or exchange:

You must provide the original invoice/receipt

The products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging

Discounted or sale items are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
❌ Opened Items

Once a product is opened or used, it cannot be returned or exchanged.

Returns due to “change of mind” after opening are not accepted.
📞 Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel an order:

Call us directly to start the cancellation process.

Explain the reason for cancellation.

Request a refund if applicable.
If the order is cancelled by Korean Beauty due to item unavailability, a full refund will be issued.
📦 Damaged or Incorrect Items
If an item is damaged or incorrect (our fault):

We will exchange it for the same or similar product.

Replacement delivery will be free of charge.
