🔄 Refunds & Exchanges

• Refunds are allowed within 24 hours of purchase, and only for full-price items.

• Exchanges are accepted within 3 days of purchase, also for full-price items.

• To qualify for a refund or exchange:

  • You must provide the original invoice/receipt

  • The products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging

• Discounted or sale items are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

❌ Opened Items

• Once a product is opened or used, it cannot be returned or exchanged.

• Returns due to “change of mind” after opening are not accepted.

📞 Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel an order:

1. Call us directly to start the cancellation process.

2. Explain the reason for cancellation.

3. Request a refund if applicable.

If the order is cancelled by Korean Beauty due to item unavailability, a full refund will be issued.

📦 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If an item is damaged or incorrect (our fault):

• We will exchange it for the same or similar product.

• Replacement delivery will be free of charge.
