🔄 Refunds & Exchanges

Refunds are allowed within 24 hours of purchase, and only for full-price items.

Exchanges are accepted within 3 days of purchase, also for full-price items.

To qualify for a refund or exchange:

The products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging

Once a product is opened or used, it cannot be returned or exchanged.

Returns due to “change of mind” after opening are not accepted.

If you wish to cancel an order:

Request a refund if applicable.
If the order is cancelled by Korean Beauty due to item unavailability, a full refund will be issued.
📦 Damaged or Incorrect Items
If an item is damaged or incorrect (our fault):
