Delivery fees are calculated at checkout.

Orders placed before 3:00 PM → delivered same day.

Orders placed after that → processed next business day.

Delivery window: 4:30 PM – 9:30 PM.

No delivery on Fridays and public holidays.

In case of delays (bad weather, high order volume, etc.), customers will be notified.

The delivery team will contact the customer before arriving.

🔄 Refunds & Exchanges

Refunds are allowed within 24 hours of purchase, and only for full-price items.

Exchanges are accepted within 3 days of purchase, also for full-price items.

To qualify for a refund or exchange:

You must provide the original invoice/receipt

The products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging

Discounted or sale items are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
❌ Opened Items

Once a product is opened or used, it cannot be returned or exchanged.

Returns due to “change of mind” after opening are not accepted.
📞 Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel an order:

Call us directly to start the cancellation process.

Explain the reason for cancellation.

Request a refund if applicable.
If the order is cancelled by Korean Beauty due to item unavailability, a full refund will be issued.
📦 Damaged or Incorrect Items
If an item is damaged or incorrect (our fault):

We will exchange it for the same or similar product.

Replacement delivery will be free of charge.
